Kelly Siegel, sponsored by Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY), is Stoneleigh Center's latest Junior Fellow. During her one-year fellowship, Kelly will be working to implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the Philadelphia School District. PBIS is a nationally recognized method for improving the behavior of students in schools and uses positive recognition and carefully outlined expectations to accomplish its goals.
